Турецкая авиакомпания отменила рейсы в Москву из-за «ситуации с воздушным пространством»

Turkish airline Pegasus has canceled flights to Moscow due to the “airspace situation,” according to the Telegram channel Ostorozhno, Novosti.

Passengers on a flight from Bodrum told the outlet they were supposed to fly home on September 2 at 00:05. However, during boarding, they were informed that all Turkish airlines had canceled flights to the Russian capital. “What to expect, we do not know; our Turkish side is prohibiting departures,” the carrier’s representatives said.

Passengers were provided with a hotel only until 12:00. The new departure time is still unknown, although some planes have already started heading to Moscow.

Earlier, dozens of flights were disrupted at Vnukovo Airport due to restrictions on the use of airspace. Around 20 flights were delayed for departure and 27 for arrival.
